We are very excited to announce that our Winter Haven office will soon be relocated to the central business district at 280 W. Central Avenue in downtown. From this location we will be able to serve our clients better and more efficient. An open house event will be scheduled in the near future.
This is a rendering of the restored office building in downtown Winter Haven that is home to our office.
We did the restoration design for the 610 Corporation and agreed to locate our offices on the ground floor at the corner intersection. We created a contemporary interior space with striking textures and colors to contrast with the traditional exterior façade.
As you enter the front door and experience the lobby your greeted by a feature wall with our corporate logo with clerestory glass that brings daylight into the space with 12 foot high ceilings. As you pass through the lobby and enter into the conference room your attention is drawing to the classic Herman Miller Eames Conference table and chairs. Artwork depicting classic furniture mounted to the far wall of the conference room floods the space with bright vivid colors creating excitement. Lighting accenting the walls and display boards that feature current projects add interest and creative ambiance that stir ideas and concepts.
Walking into the back of the house production area gives the guest an experience of a working design studio with many materials displayed on shelving with posters of the latest products and finishes for buildings. This exciting 1,600 s.f. space feels much larger because of the interior clerestory glass that brings daylight deep into the interior workspace. The experience for the employees is a feeling of working within creative surroundings with which to conceive the greatest building designs.
