Government/Institutional Project Design

New Largo Library is a 90,300 square foot facility and is a single story facility except for the collection wing. There is a program/meeting room wing with a coffee shop that is designed for public access after library hours. Other wings include the children’s reading room and program rooms, a teen suite and the library administration wing. Largo Library is designed as “pavilions in the park” and is touted as the “living room” of the community. The City of Largo selected our team for our ability to produce a library design of “architectural significance” within their budget.
