Collman & Karsky Architects began working with the United States Green Building Council to form a local chapter of the USGBC on the west coast of Florida in 2004. Today we are proud that the majority of our staff has LEED Accreditations and the firm has produced the following Certified
Buildings:
2007 – Dunedin Community Center – Pinellas County’s first LEED Certified building – Silver, N.C. – New Construction.
2009 – TUI Marine Corporate Office Building in Park Place, Clearwater Fl. – Gold – N.C. – New Construction.
2010 – 83 Park Place – Multi-Tenant Office Building – Gold – Core & Shell
2011 – GSA Pinellas RA – Certification – Commercial Interior.
Collman & Karsky continues to develop “Green” buildings and are currently working on the following buildings using the LEED Certification system:
State of Florida – Department of Transportation – Highway Weigh In Motion facility – under review by USGBC
Dunedin Fine Art Center = Children’s Museum Expansion – under review by the USGBC
Dunedin Little League Concession Building – Designed for LEED Certification.
